Project and Construction Management

The purpose of this service is to optimise project management, costs and times, ensuring high final quality. EL s.r.l. Engineering Service constantly monitors the technical and administrative aspects of the entire execution phase.

Construction Management consists of the on-site realisation of the phases in the project planned by the Project Manager. In order to ensure optimal quality, the job is assigned to the same PM who has overseen the project from the start.

This role is assigned to a specialist professional whose job it is to supervise the realisation of:

  • Electrical systems for energy production and transformation
  • Principal and secondary distribution systems
  • Light and motive power terminals
  • Special systems

This role is assigned to a specialist professional whose job it is to supervise the realisation of:

  • Electrical systems
  • Hydraulic and sanitary systems
  • Fire-prevention systems
  • Technical gas systems

Inspection and preliminary and final testing of systems or parts thereof to confirm that the materials that constitute the supply correspond, quantitatively and qualitatively, to the terms of the contract and that the systems are safe and perfectly executed.

More specifically, it is necessary to carry out a close examination and a series of functional tests to check that components are:

  • in keeping with the safety standards contained in the relevant Regulations (branding/certifications)
  • correctly chosen and installed in accordance with the standards contained in existing technical Regulations;
  • not visibly damaged in such a way as to compromise safety.

Using the appropriate instruments, it is also necessary to take measurements and perform operations on systems to ascertain their efficiency and conformity to existing Legislation and the performance standards required by the Tender Specifications.
